At MatthewPhotographs, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible Services. To ensure our customers are well informed, we have created these Terms and Conditions to outline
the important terms that apply to our customers when using our Services.
We make sure to keep our policies up to date and
make sure our customers are aware
of their rights and obligations when purchasing from our site.
When purchasing one of our Services we retain the right to decide when we have completed the specific service you've purchased. If I've determined that the service you've purchased has been successfully carried out.
I put considerable time into each Service so please be aware
that I can only do so much with whichever service you purchase.
We Do Offer Refunds On Services but please be aware that The Image We Send You that you provided and I've Edited will contain Watermarks and Copyright Meta Data which means the Image is our property when you
submitted the original image of your choice when you purchased our Service.
When you send us an image when purchasing a Service the original image is still your property but once we've edited the image you agree and accept that the Edited Version is the property of MatthewPhotographs and will remain our property until you have filled and accepted our "Satisfied Form" that confirms that you can not request a refund and that the edited image will then be your property,
only after you complete the "Satisfied Form"!
